Oly Ebiringa joined our team on April 25th. As our IT Auditor she will play a key role in in the success of managing our clients’ networks by performing regular, proactive onsite visits to identify technical risks. She will also review service tickets to identify trends across all our clients. Oly’s primary goal is to lower reactive service tickets.
Oly received her Master of Science in Applied Information Technology with a concentration in Systems Management from Towson University where she also received her Bachelor of Science in Information Systems. She brings with her experience as a Help Desk Technician as well as having a Systems Management background which will help her in being effective in her new role.
